The Havana Soup Kitchen is mainly funded by private donors from Germany and Namibia, especially by “Pallium e.V.” in cooperation with “Childrens Aid Namibia”. Apart from low transaction costs, no organizational and administrative costs occur. The Havana Soup Kitchen has also private supporters in Namibia, Germany, Austria and Swiss. In addition, there are companies and organizations which are committed to the Soup Kitchen, for example "Imagodei" with regular food donations, "Wecke & Voigts" with vegetables and fruit, as well as "Afrox" that offers a low gas price.
